CarolinaKid
1. Cohen provides plenty of smoke — but no gunCohen gave key claims and documents that will birth all kinds of new targets for reporters and, potentially, investigators. But most of his most important contentions require explanation and inquiry. His statement that he heard a phone conversation in which President Trump spoke to Roger Stone about a looming WikiLeaks documents dump before it landed? We still need to know exactly where Stone allegedly got that information and whether it actually came from WikiLeaks. The scene he painted of Donald Trump Jr. whispering to his father, “The meeting is all set,” around the time of the Trump Tower meeting with a Russian lawyer? Trump’s knowing about the meeting would be significant, but that’s hardly conclusive on the basis of what Cohen says.Cohen’s statement that Trump’s lawyers altered his testimony about the timeline of the Trump Tower Moscow deal? It’s important to know in what way — and whether they were acting at Trump’s direction.Cohen suggesting Trump inflated his assets while applying for a loan from Deutsche Bank to buy the National Football League’s Buffalo Bills? There are many ins and outs there.
CarolinaKid
There were two exchanges in which Cohen seemed to contradict the public record, and where he might have to explain how his statements are consistent with the facts. He was asked on multiple occasions whether he had sought to work in the White House, and he denied it. “I did not want to go the White House,” he claimed. This is at odds with reporting, including by The Washington Post and the New York Times, indicating that Cohen had sought jobs at the White House but failed to land any. The Post reported that he had been in the mix for White House counsel and had even promoted himself as a possible chief of staff.

Bigrunner
where is that Russian collusion...….lolThe only one's that says no collusion is Pinocchio and Ivanka. But then again they are both blatant liars. Ivanka says daddy wasn't involved in her husband getting security clearance. And Pinocchio also said he didn't get involved in Jared's security clearance. That's a blatant lie by both of the criminals. Congress needs to question both about this lie!

The new game that Pelosi and her new bestie AOC are playing now - keepingscore on who crosses party lines on issues. Shocking from the party of free thinkers. Congress needs to do their job that wasn't being done for 2 years. It's called government oversight. Checking the other branches of government that are corrupt. 39 indictments the last two years ans Cohen was the first of these indicted to testify. What were they doing for 2 years. Scott Pruiit, Ryan Zinke, Alex Acosta, Tom Price, Carl Ichan, Wilbur Ross, Erik Prince. Why haven't these crooks been called to explain their criminal activities to congress. They will be now! Soon it will be Fredo's, Eric, and Ivanka's turn. Why all the lies? The people what to know!

Bigrunner
they don't ever do anything wrong, don't you get jy6? These people are saints! What a fucking jokeThe people made a very loud statement last November. They want to know the truth the RepubliCONS have been running from for the last two years. The RepubliCons can't handle the truth. Brock did you see all those RepubliCON congressmen jumping around calling Cohen a liar, saying he was disbarred. One idiot RepubliCON was bitching about boxes Cohen had in storage. Crying why didn't you give the boxes to the prosecuters. Ex RepubliCONs are now calling their former party the "Stupid Corrupt Party". Gotta love it! Here's a peek at the tip of the iceberg. https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2019/02/27/here-are-five-felonies-trump-committed-if-cohen-is-telling-truth/?utm_term=.4ed23e46c516

drnkyourmlkshk1
I dont even follow politics anymore on any level. I went on 4 dates with a lobbyist and she unknowingly made sure Id never trust another politician or bill being passed ever again. I do agree with Fairwarning though I sincerely doubt Trump expected to win or get as far as he did. He wanted to remain relevant and now he loves playing jesus and the heel daily. One thing you need to understand about people like Trump, I think he enjoys pissing people off, getting them angry, bitching and moaning, I know i would. Just another conflict of interest? What do you think of lanny davis supposedly being Cohens lawyer? He's already going to jail for perjury, and his lawyer sent him right out to testify under oath again, putting him at risk for more charges, which he could very well be facing. No lawyer worth his salt would allow his client to do that, which just shows that lanny doesn't give a shit about Cohen.
