Send them all home and put up a job posting on MSNBC or draw one of these Doe eyed fukks out a red baseball cap.

Put Orca Winfrey on the damn ballot she would beat Turnip by 25% of the vote.

It don't matter if the nominee dead, alive, comatose, incarcerated, incapacitated or all of the above.

Trump is done. Finito. Buh Bye.

If the party/media doesn't want Warren/Biden and with Harris out, doesn't Buttigieg basically move to the front of the line by default??

I suppose there is Sanders, but he has the same issues as Warren/Biden--combined into one!

Mayor Pete is their star; Bloomberg is their Trump.

i called petes rise from the beginning, but to me more and more signs are screaming patrick. very comfortable with my position there, and accumulating a bit more every day.

the past few days the news cycle went into panic mode about how dems dont have any 'people of color' left, because the top 4 remaining candidates are white (i guess this means warren is officially no longer a native american?), and three are male. this is funny for several reasons - for instance, yang is polling at number five and is just constantly ignored by democrat media. dems dont exactly hate asians, they just kind of treat them as invisible, non-humans. its pretty fucked up. even casual-racist republicans dont treat black candidates that badly. i bet even CK would vote for a guy like herman cain. gabbard is also in the mix - a strong, young, non-white woman war veteran. but she speaks truth to the establishment and man do they hate her fucking guts for it. if she were ever able to build up a base and win the thing, im pretty sure she'd suddenly be found 'suicided.'

and so the media propagandists are now predictably panicking that dems are not 'inclusive' enough. castro and booker are doing their standard race mongering shtick (which is funny, since its exclusively democrats their accusing of being bigots). and while this is going down, deval is just waiting like a shark out there. im telling you - if this guy gives one high impact speech, he starts polling double digits overnight.

I remember there were posted odds for Oprah and Mark Zuckerberg.

if youre betting on bloomberg you seriously need to have your head examined. old white male billionaire hated by the entire country, and is possibly hated MOST by dems.

the last few years have shown that money will buy you very little in the post-internet world. if this were 1986 bloomberg would be at the top of the pack, but not in todays information-saturated climate. i remember just a few years ago when 'campaign finance reform' was an issue that actually seemed to be worth addressing. not anymore - the internet took care of that shit by itself.

yeah, this guy has < 0.01% chance at the nomination, and is going off at a ridiculous 8-1 for nominee. lol.

Fair point.

Hillary spent 2 to 1 or 2.5 to 1 vs Trump, correct?

And ultimately, alt right kids making memes decided the election LOLOL

I just think Bloomberg has to be considered formidable still due to his media empire that can generate so much for him. Granted, your points are valid and it doesn't mean he gets to jump to the front of the line, but he still has a certain stature about him.

Though, the more he actually speaks...

Problem is Bloomberg will get in no debates, ever, so he'll never get a chance to look better than his opponents.

lot of factors converging ahead of next weeks dem debate. my thoughts and predictions:

1) impeachment has been a fucking disaster for dems. they waited 3 years to create this spectacle and figured everyone would be glued to their screens in suspense, but as it turns out, no one even gives a shit. nothing is more concerning for them than the total indifference theyre getting from the public. some red state dems are even hinting at backing off and voting no - not like it matters, the damage to the party is done.

2) massive landslide conservative vote in the UK - corbyn was basically a carbon copy of sanders/warren, in a country even more receptive to socialist programs. and his party was fucking routed. libs will have fewer members in house of commons than any point since 1930-something. whether its predictive or not, dem leadership has got to be a little nervous about this, especially given the brexit vote that preceded trumps win.

3) somehow, every candidate in this clown car primary are all complete jerkoffs. woke dems are pissed that theres too many white people, who are somehow all over 80 years old. most of them are billionaires, and not a single one of them is a strong candidate. somehow the best option is a guy who gropes random women, sniffs children, wanders off stage, babbles about kids rubbing his leg hair in a pool, and has a crackhead for a son who he used as a front to launder money. then theres two socialists (see: UK, above), a gay guy who they hate for not being gay enough, an invisible asian guy, a woman who is just there to get smeared as a russian spy, and two billionaires who are each buying 100 million dollars worth of ads just to poll at 2%. fucking disaster.

so what does all this mean? well i expect the next debate to be another milquetoast snoozefest. after which the media and dem party leaders will go into full fledged panic mode based on how weak their position is. assuming the debate is as awful as i imagine it will be, the pressure for them to recruit someone off the bench (hillary, michelle obama, etc) is going to get huge after this debate.

TL;DR if you're planning on buying michelle obama, you might want to do it within the next two weeks. as for me, im piling up even more deval patrick. feeling a little like noah building an ark in the desert here.

Nothing.

if Clinton got in now she would be the front runner on the dems side.i still think she might run

I think she's a lock to run, otherwise there's no reason to go on all these shows. her problem is she can jump to the lead, but 1/2 of all dems probably cant stand her. her winning the nomination would be even worse for the dems than Biden IMO.

#DebateSoWhite is now trending on twitter, in response to having a bunch of whiteys on stage tonight.

I just threw some more on patrick at 600-1 for nominee, and 1000-1 for next president. Call me Noah.

Late opinion but asians are the biggest threat to the status of white liberals. They are well-educated(usually in something useful like STEM), hard-working and have money(speaking of averages). This is why liberals want to limit their numbers in elite schools and politics. No matter how many Obamas are there, blacks in general will not pose a problem.
