Need to grease the palms of elected officials, union assurances, suppliers must deliver, OSHA and other gov agencies need a cut to look the other way. Roads and other infrastructure needs to be done. More gov kickbacks, union walks out, etc.It just goes to show what's possible, around here they spend 6 months building a highway, but it really just sits for weeks at a time, then there are a couple spurts of work where they do pretty much all of it in a few weeks.
