I dont know how many florida is doing in that time period, but the metric to use is % of tests that are positive, is it rising or falling. All that is irrelevant, sunday #'s are not compared to the other days, they're compared to the previous sundays. The virus is in free fall, NY had less than 1% positives yesterday, here in MN we had 10K new tests with only 300 new cases, a new low for us too. You still hear hoopla about 15 or 20 states with rising cases, etc, it's all blather designed to mislead and distract, the % of positives is falling almost everywhere, hospitalizations are falling, deaths are falling rapidly both here and abroad.
