Kinger , been a few weeks. We need an update.

 

Deemer calling me pudgy or tubby so some name for fat fukkks has me tilted. Been kinda low on energy lately so time to get back to tiptop shape. Been staying active swimming and playing tennis , but going to get more structured.

 

Going to do a 3 day push / pull split for lifting.

 

Cardio 5x days a week

 

Walk an additional 10k steps a day outside of my cardio.

 

Will slightly adjust my eating. Mostly just cutting out my morning bagel and multiple desserts a night should work as I eat rather healthy outside of those 2 weaknesses. Once I plateau with this , I'll start counting calories.
