Yes, whoever runs it can do what they want but as a suggestion/thoughts  based upon years of playing it since the EOG days and knowing ALL the issues that come up.

 

Set the FIXED lines at some time around noon on the 16th....Yes some will be stale but I have noticed in the last 2 years that they were less dramatic than previous years.  The dealine for final picks should be about 11am on 18Dec, the games start in full at about noon on 18 Dec

This may not give time for Sharp to compile into a neat format for viewing before first game but since people generally post the picks out in the open , you can still see what other people have. Plus most people will have turned them in over the 2 days so he will be adding those as they come in.

 

There are 2 games on the 17 of Dec, either skip these games OR you can make it available if someone is ready to post those picks predeadline.

 

 

Also the first tiebreaker is the Designated Best Bet...the second TB can be other TB  like championship game(your call , different games have been used over the years)

It has always been 15 total picks, but we did use 18 picks one time
