Sol Aristatel
Wow. You're missing out. Give a poached egg a try. Or a soft boiled with running yolk in some ramen. Both are amazing. Or a sunny side up over some beef and rice. Well, I recently ate a piece of string cheese that was 1.5 years old. And lived through it. Maybe I can do this... jd_
God's honest truth here... Ive never eaten an egg that wasn't scrambled or hard boiled. Not sure I could ever eat one if the yoke wasn't cooked. One of those mental blocks I gotta get through. Liquid running in eggs? NO!!! If I'm eating just eggs for breakfast, I like them fried to where they are done and more like a gel in the middle. With other foods, like in this setup, the runny yolk add a richness to it that is very good. I'm not a huge fan of eggs, but this would have not been near as good without it. The richness makes things better. Korean bimbapbop is a another good example of how a nice runny egg helps enhance the flavor and texture of a dish. jd_
Love Gorgonzola w fruit myself. Need something sweet to balance the funk of the cheese. I wasn't thinking. I can't do those funky ass cheeses. I've tried several times with different ones, but I can't get with it.
Sol Aristatel
the runny yolk I watched my Dad eat it that way growing up. Would take his toast and clean the plate with it. Grossed me out. NEVER!!!
