Also for something like that butter > evoo.

I've made these about 5-6x and once did try butter instead of evoo and it wasn't good at all, could taste the butter with every bite and it's just not a good mix with PB&J.....the whole wheat pita is thin, the light brush of evoo gives it a crunch that just adds to its greatness, this is only the second time I added cinnamon but I really like it, when these things come out of the freezer it's like eating the worlds best dessert.....don't know if it's healthy but doubt it's bad, I use reduced fat PB&J and evoo is good and HW pita is only 50 cal a pocket and I cut them in half....

 

Been making my own chips with that bread also and it's an awesome bread....
