Actual case will be heard as far as his executive authority on the ban in the fall. They are hoping that it will not be necessary as the vetting process will have been perfected in the next 90 days. For now they are just striking down those lower level court injunctions. Seems like we are on the same page – I just wanted to clarify it isn't necessarily over.
