Can work from home or come into the office as early or as late as I want. Also manage two employees in IRELAND so the time difference makes it so I occasionally have to work or take calls at odd hours. Very LOOSE schedule. Fairly common in the VALLEY. Figure it makes sense to finally finish my degree so when I change jobs next it easier for me to qualify for the same position at a larger company for much more $$$$.
