Because the people being bullied are the school administrators who are just as left leaning as the protestors. The administrators then get to claim that they are not stopping free speech, they are "protecting" the campus. Blasting the judge as if the judge has some bias. The judge is interpreting the law 100% correctly. Trump can appeal but fact is the appeals court is much more liberal. He will absolutely lose that appeal. This case is going to the Supreme Court. That will take a long time. Given all the cases filed across the country, I imagine this restraining order will be extended week after week by different judges until it reaches the Supreme Court.
