To any reasonable person, there is something extraordinary when a book can confiscate winnings and deposits whenever it decides to label a customer's decision to bet at the book's offered prices as non-recreational. Anytime a book doesn't want a customers action - all they have to do is stop taking that customer's bets. There is no reason to steal his money after deciding to not take his bets. To do so after that customer has done nothing but make bets that the book offered up is pure theft.These terms that Marty has pointed out should be illegal, and probably are in a reasonably regulated environment.
