Race 8$20 win #2 Cavil 10-1McLaughlin s deadly off these super long layoffs. You can bet these blindly every year here and make a profit. He already has one long layoff winner, at 5-1. Now for the bomber..... The other race I'm gonna bet is whichever race is dedicated to Tom Voss. Every year on Hall of Fame Day, NYRA dedicates one race to each of the individual inductees. I don't have a program, and it's not noted on the NYRA website, surprisingly. So waiting for a buddy to text me from the track. Voss was one of my favorites to follow all time. Connected on countless long shots of his, most were the jumps to flats variety. I feel an obligation to bet his race and remember all his good winners. Only listed in the days track program. Like when you name a race for Uncle Louie's 85th Birthday or something. It doesn't show up anywhere except that days track program.
