Mostly the 10 minute deal throws me off. I may get used to that, but I think 15 or 20 minutes is more my speed. Then again if it’s too long, my mind starts to wander and I lose track of the game. Embarrassingly, i fell into the three or four move checkmate this morning. I forget the name of that but it wasn’t pretty. Been decades since that has happened. Had him on the ropes and looked down and only had 25 sec left. I hate that damn clock. I need at least 15 minutes.
