danshan Posted February 28, 2020 Report Share Posted February 28, 2020 its kinda contradicting the current score means what they will always regress to the pregame total in half the game? if they are up by 50 at half and pregame was -10 they should now lose the 2nd half by 40 to get back to pregame there are other factors that play in the books or live linemakers do a trick where they find every similar game where the spread was 10 and the halftime lead was 50 and they see what happened and they use to slightly adjust with other things but reality if a team before the game is favored by 10 and they are gonna play the 2nd half now unless some serious shit happened injuries weather why would that line massively move now based on 1h of a game, 1h of a game is not a sample size Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
