The experience of the UK, Israel and now the US is very similar - a spike in cases just as vaccinations surge, right now in the US the states with the highest vaccination rates seem to have the biggest bump in cases - the NE, MN, etc, while states like Ark, Miss, ala who have low vaccination rates have stable cases. the good news is the initial dose vaccination rate will now start dropping rapidly, hopefully cases will follow in the next couple weeks. They were ahead of us by a good month- 6 weeks on vaccinating, they've also done a higher % than us.
