KingKolzig
question about running first thing in the morning. dont you have to hydrate first, expecially if its summer so its like 45-hour until you really run. no way around that? Yikes I ran three miles after work yesterday (walked some) and was too hot I felt terrible for hours Dr said I had a first degree heart block after first checkup in few years so expecting to drop dead every time I run now . I read it's pretty common and most no symptoms. though he told me to go to cardiologist.

TobyTyler
There is no way I would run sprints 100% until I stretched, jogged, warmed up for like half hour. That's pulled hammy city.
