Loved badminton in HS. Me and a buddy cleaned up tournaments. Shit was fun. Impressive enough for a schmuck but still way up the track vs any actual track athlete53 seconds is smoking fast for a non track guy. I would be impressed with anyone on here breaking 60 seconds. I can jump and hang on a rim no problem or dunk a tennis ball or something one-handed but I turn a little bit retarded when it comes to a basketball dunk attempt.
