Played it in PE in HS.  Thats about it.  Outside of a couple of times just going out and hitting the ball a couple of times.

Loved badminton in HS.  Me and a buddy cleaned up tournaments.  Shit was fun.

Still play badminton  once a week

surprising good workout

had to give up ice hockey last few years and needed to pickup a new sport

I would hope so if you've got any kind of speed and enough endurance to make it one lap. I could probably get low 50 seconds, 53-54 range. Impressive enough for a schmuck but still way up the track vs any actual track athlete

53 seconds is smoking fast for a non track guy. I would be impressed with anyone on here breaking 60 seconds.

WVU you should establish a Track and Field team line up utilizing TGF posters as your team, based upon your impressions of where they would best serve the teams goal

Should I fill the roster spots with posters as they are now, or back in their heyday?

And no, I can't dunk. Can't coordinate the jump with holding the ball with two hands. I can jump and hang on a rim no problem or dunk a tennis ball or something one-handed but I turn a little bit retarded when it comes to a basketball dunk attempt.

You have tiny hands? Why not just palm it and throw it down with one hand?
