Last year, this one just missed at 39-1 when second time over the course. Encouraging sign that Metivier keeps this one in vs open company when there should be plenty of NY BRED options between now and the end of the meet. Lezcano in for Leparoux is also encouraging. Race 8$40 win #7 Holiday Stone 9-2Weaver keeps chugging along. Had one just miss yesterday at 6-1. Longish layoff for this one suggest Weaver has some tricks up his sleeve to close out the meet. Hopefully. After seeing Cancel screw up yesterday's entrant, and Franco's inconsistent meet, it's great to see Saez named. One of the best turf riders up there. Good luck, men!
