Trump cannot kill deal because an executive order can't kill law, let alone international law.. The abrogation clause does not make clear whether the agreement can be abandoned by executive order because it is a treaty and there are many underlying competition laws supporting it. You're looking at some shark infested water walking away from NAFTA, even Bozo knows his only option is to negotiate. If anyone walks from NAFTA it'll be Mexico. Eliminating NAFTA will have hugely negative affects on the American middle class as they are the biggest shopper. But, then again destroying the middle class is the Republican goal, so might as well.
