Well they’re all morons. This was a world class athlete, who would’ve 100% survived had he jumped. I’m not saying that I can’t believe he didn’t jump. He would’ve only had a split second to come to that conclusion, but what I am saying is, had he jumped he’s not dead. 100% indisputable.

You're serious aren't you? :laugh Why didn't the pilot jump, he had far more than a split second?

you watch too many movies. even sputtering it was probably moving with some good speed, even jumping from 10 feet he couldve smashed into a rock or something and thats doesnt make it completely indisputable he would survive

He’s gonna die from smashing into a rock? No fucking way. He’s in the midst of an eternal dirtnap because he didn’t jump. Had he jumped, he lives 100%. The chopper was sputtering 50 feet off the ground, slide the door open and at the last second jump. A few cuts and scrapes and maybe a broken leg.

People die falling out of two story buildings.

Barry doesn't understand physics at all. Not gravity. Not centrifugal force. Not impact absorption. Nothing.

how quick is it moving when its sputtering though? i would think it still has some decent speed

he probably atleast had a better chance if he jumped then let it crash, il give you that. saying he has a 100% chance of surviving is where you lose me though

didnt it crash into a mountain?

Nope. It crashed in terrain. Not on a mountain. All of the West is terrain and mountains. It’s not Mt Everest. It’s hilly terrain. If he slides the door open when he sees things are headed south, and jumps at the last second, he lives. End of story. He’s still here. It’s indisputable. I don’t see how people can’t see that. The chopper was in a whirlybird sputtering. If he jumps at the last second he’s fine. Couple cuts and scrapes.

Not to mention you always hope the pilot will figure it out and manage a landing. The most likely scenario is the chopper had no problems, just couldn't see and flew into the ground, no warning at all for the passengers.

Choppers don't sputter, Barry. Never listen to an eyewitness account of an aviation accident. Almost every single one has some poor bugger say the "engine was sputtering". It's as predictable as being accused of having 20 ghosts by Raiders, that scumbag who was Kenny's lead the sheep to slaughter guy.

Ok. Now we are talking about something different. If this happened there was no hope. But if there was mechanical problems he should’ve jumped. Would’ve 100% lived.

The pilot can’t jump. He’s flying and is in disbelief that this is happening. He’s trying to get them out of the situation. It’s like The captain of a ship can’t abondon passengers if it’s going down. Same scenario.

There are multiple reports of the helicopter passing very low over peoples houses, he couldn't see a thing and was prob trying to come down, hoping to see the ground to land, unfortunately the ground was coming up. Considering it was prob moving 50 MPH or more, it's a big crash + fuel.

That Sikorsky helicopter is really big.

LOL. He also can't tell the passengers to jump out if he thought that was a brilliant idea?

There’s no time for that. This is a 1/100th of a second decision. If Kobe had executed it, he’s alive. Stated with 100% InDisPuTion. As long as there was mechanical problems. If the pilot couldn’t see and they just crashed then that is a different story.
