I have this for breakfast every day, I think you would enjoy it.

 

1/2 cup oats (dry measure), add boiling water to it and let it sit for a few minutes...

 

Half an apple cut up, some raisins, and a shit load of cinnamon. I crave it now, and it's healthy. Add a few egg whites on the side and you have a perfect meal to start your day.
