That would be for a criminal trial. That's not what this is though. If they found ANYTHING, it would be used against Trump for political reasons. You voted for the usage of the United States federal government as the Gestapo to hunt down political adversaries. Whatever the FBI finds at Trump's home could possibly be used in other investigations or used to obtain other search warrants.
