It really doesn't matter who they nominate, all that person needs is Trump's policies without Trump's mouth. That person will win not because people are necessarially voting for him, but insread they're voting against Joe Biden. It’s a distraction if you let the media and politicians make it one for you. This probably inspired more people on the fence of Desantis vs Trump to lean towards Trump again.
