Machiavelli Posted October 24, 2022 Report Share Posted October 24, 2022 My only point of contention there—and not to accept a corrupt govt—is that corruption (or the appearance of such) seems to go both ways. Doesn’t excuse it in the slightest, but it’s always when the opposite party is in office, we hear all sorts of corruption allegations that imply that if we just switched, then corruption would be gone. Only to hear it from the other end after we do. This is partly why I think myself n others are coming to the point where we want to advocate for certain things n then tune out the rest—since it’s so exhausting. Dont see how this is a factor since this would occur in only a few mostly blue states, for instance with the exception of perhaps PA all the big senate races should not have delayed results. Yesterday trump put out a statement that desantis was wrong to support odea - who is the republican candidate. So once again trump proves he's only interested in himself - odea probably wont win anyway considering how blue CO has become but in a red wave you never know.
